if you’ve already brought it up multiple times then there’s not really much else you can do. he’s showing you that he’s just not the kinda guy who wants to do that.

I personally would tell him how you feel about him not planning dates. Like, “hey, I feel really under appreciated when you don’t put in effort to go out with me.” Or something along those lines
