I’m 25 and on the pill a total of 4 years. I’ve heard nobody wants to officially test your fertility until you’ve been trying to conceive for 6 months with no pregnancies to show for it. I think there are private companies who do them, kinda like ancestry DNA where you send in a sample in the mail
