Cleaner diet, wipe witch hazel over your pits before applying deodorant (witch hazel is good for blocking odor) and deodorant with zinc destroys bacteria so prevents odor

I suggest buying MENS antiperspirant deodorant. Men’s deodorant is actually built to work rather than be flowery BS

I’ve suggested the “clinical” rated deodorant to a few people before, it’s in the same aisle as the regular at stores, just stronger stuff

Drinking more water for sure, less grease in the diet helps, tho it may sound weird I use lemon and salt on occasion
