i think i used to, but honestly like switching my mentality around it has helped a lot — but it took years!! i now have features i like about my body at any weight that i try to highlight/accentuate with clothes. and also focusing on them makes me feel less self conscious when naked haha. i try to embrace the meg thee stallion mentality: “i look good in my throwbacks, i look good chubby, i look good slim”

No I 100% agree, whenever I change I have to avoid mirrors or my day is ruined. And it’s weird because I usually wear very fitted clothing. Maybe it’s like a psychological thing where we aren’t as used to that visual as well as the one with clothes on? But yeah I certainly feel the same!

I can just see all the weight I’ve gained when I am butt booty naked and certain clothes can hide those insecurities away. Especially the baggy shirt and fitted pants look

I mean it’s more so me just stating how I am feeling. The comment I added was putting out a current struggle and a way that I combat the insecurity. Fitted pants and a baggy shirt. I do hope you have a great night!
