Maybe a cooked question but on dating apps / or any messaging platform how often do guys immediately ask for nsfw stuff or send unsolicited pictures? I’m trying to get a grasp of how often this happens.

dating apps: pictures never, immediate sexual stuff like 5% of the time. my number may be lower than other women’s because i really take care to only match with people who don’t give me that vibe, who are looking for long term and whatnot. here: pictures never, immediate nsfw around 85% of my dms.

Dating apps pictures no, immediately going into sexual talk? 20% even though I only match with men I think won’t do that. On here? Oh it’s super frequent. Before I started blocking as much it was like… 80% of the time.

Yea this app has some serious bottom feeders on the male side. Even as a guy I’ll occasionally get one 😭

Insane but not at all surprising to hear this app has some bad ones

I also don’t use many apps. I know a lot of women have bad experiences with Snapchat and instagram, just random men messaging them and trying to have sex.

Idk what’s in the water with guys now but it’s so irritating as a guy to hear this stuff. Idk where some people get the nerve.

I truly don’t know. It’s not just guys who do this stuff. I got a few messages on dating apps from women I matched with that she and her boyfriend were looking for a third…

I’ve gotten some of those but overall I have very rarely gotten anything unwanted form girls on any platform they’ve been pretty good.

Bot networks designed to make men look bad

I know that sounds ludicrous but it’s a legitimate strategy used in cyberwarfare. The goal is to amplify any source of division within the US. So they create bots that participate in social media, as well as bots that lurk on dating apps etc. do you really think that for every woman on the platform there are 30 fiendish men who are sending vile sexual messages? The only way that ratio works out is if you unironically believe men are just like 3000% more sexually disturbed than women.

Its not just sexual perversion but also racism is used in these division campaigns. You could say “but that’s impossible” and honestly? No. With AI now? It would cost pennies per day to launch a bot net that’s sole directive is to horny dm women. If you really want to test it out for yourself, when you get one of those weirdos, or a dozen of them (as per usual) try engaging with them and try to get onto a call with them. The illusion quickly fades once you realize they won’t even follow through

For someone that seems so desperately horny they won’t actually call you, they won’t add you or actually go to meet up. The vast majority of these unsolicited hot dogs are bots. The purpose is to make young women have an extremely disgraced view of “men in general” because they believe all the DMs are coming from real people. They’re not.

I understand where you are coming from but sources would need to be seen in order for us to believe that. Because I’ve had plenty of men in person offer to make out or hookup without dating me. I’ve experienced the same thing once with women. And I’ve had plenty of creepy men try things online. But it’s pretty easy to figure out who’s an AI and who isn’t. You can clearly tell.

your math is wrong because it assumes each woman has a completely different set of fiendish men sending her messages. really it’s the same 30 sending messages to all the women they see.

If it’s the same 30 men how does that explain it happening in every city? Also as for the “you can clearly tell” is sorta not true because… the ones who you can’t tell? You never know about. If you were in the woods and you saw two dudes in camoflauge you might think “oh I can easily spot them” without even realizing there’s 20 more of them hiding in the bushes you just can’t see and aren’t aware of. It’s estimated as of recently abut 40% of users online are bots. In every thread and section

Also are you aware of the OnlyFans spam? It’s like a known issue that chicks with OF will go around dming every single guy trying to sell “content” and those are also bots like half the time as well

because it is not LITERALLY 30 men. i thought that was obvious. i mean there aren’t 30 times more perverted men than women; it’s a small subgroup that has a wide reach.

Yes I’m well aware of it. I don’t see how that proves your point though.
