
Refer her to a professional. But first have an open conversation about why she’s not eating enough (is it because of: stress, money, lack of nutritional knowledge, doesn’t know how to cook, to loose weight,etc. ) talk with her first, don’t be all worried like a mom tho bc she will just try to hide it better. Be a friend. Support her. Trust her. And help her nicely if she’s needs/wants it. She won’t change if she doesn’t want to.
