progressive overload all of these: smith machine hip thrusts w glute targetted foot placement, spam glute extensions for shelf CURVED BACK, bulgarians, hip abductions. eat lots of protein. if ur rlly tryna grow her eat in a cal surplus, if body recomp cal deficit but keep that protein up so ur still building muscle. dynamic stretches before workouts, static stretches after. work out quads, hammies, and other leg muscles to help balance out the growth too and max gains🙌🙌

Lunges and lunges w high protein diet nd progressive overload. Consistency as well
