Am I the only one who genuinely can’t tell when I’m ovulating or anything about my cycle beyond when I’m actively bleeding

You are not. I have no idea. I don’t even know when my period is coming. I search “period” or “cramps” in my messages to check when I last complained about it to guess how close the next one is

I can usually tell when I’m ovulating. Use the flo app tho it really helps

I use a tracker app but it’s not even accurate bc my periods are so irregular 😭😭
