If you were comparing an Endo flareup compared to childbirth, probably childbirth, but Endo is a long-term overall that could be more painful, but there’s still plenty of complications that come from childbirth that can make it even more painful

Childbirth was a cake walk for me. I felt nothing. But I did Hypnobirthing w no meds and would do it again.

So probably endo bc in the end a baby comes out from birth whereas endo it’s like the pain is always just sitting there contained in your body.
