I saw something the other day that I thought was really helpful. On a scale of 0(Super Hungry) - 10(Full for days) u should always stay between a 3 and a 7. When u hit 3 or 4, u get urself just slightly full enough to that 6 or 7. Then repeat when u get down to 3 or 4. The 2 and below will make u want to over eat too much and always get urself to an 8 and above becomes the norm. 3-7 is your golden range
