usually if they are the type of CIA agent you are thinking of (and not just a desk job or something) then their partner would never be told (for their safety and for national security reasons)

I wouldn’t say evil I just would be paranoid dating a detective or that type of person who’s job it is to be nosey/sneaky/mysterious and I just wouldn’t have privacy… I would’ve fully trust them tbh
