Straight up just talk to them, and let them know they can come to you with concerns or issues. Knowing from the start that you want to make the space safe for them is crucial to building trust (which will also benefit the quality of your production). Plus they will know what they need given the circumstances of the shoot far better than people online.

Get a good producer. Have a lot of safety redundancies & be someone your talent & employees can feel safe talking to if something is going wrong before it goes *really* wrong.
