Does anyone have any tips to calm down and not get annoyed as much? Usually I’m super easy going but recently I’ve been so irritable and frustrated with everything, which is super unlike me.

imo, emotions like anger are our bodies way of demanding change. what needs to change? is it internal or external? is it in your control / sphere of influence? i think the best way to reduce anger and frustration is to answer those questions and make the necessary changes. that's just my experience though so idk

slow deep breaths, close your eyes or walk away for a bit if you can, turn on some relaxing music, get yourself a snack. this is what usually helps me

Get a fidget thing to stimulate your brain. I tend to use my necklaces but I need another squishy/stress toy. Learn some hobbies on ur side as well

Make sure you’re eating and sleeping and not overdoing the caffeine. I like to chew gum, so I can just chew harder when I’m mad instead of saying some bullshit. Sometimes I’ll lowkey have to roleplay being someone very calm. Sounds insane, it pretending to be someone else helps when I’m getting desperate

Sometimes I get in moods where I get very close to doing irrational actions to try and get rid of annoyances. Whenever that happens, I like to write down my exact thought process and read it over again. It usually helps me realize how silly I’m being.
