Piss it out, wash it with gentle fragrance-free soap, and take some pain relief pills

make sure yall are doing a ton of foreplay and using lube. he should be thrusting slowly.

It’s not pleasant at all, but also not uncommon. Take some pain meds and be gentle on yourself. You should feel better in a few days. I wouldn’t worry unless the pain is persistent after that
