The best thing you can do is friend zone every single girl who is willing to be friends with you because chances are she has a friend group of Five girls that you can be friends with, and chances are because of supple and demand, that one of those girls will want you. The goal is not to have romantic interest in woman, but so many females friends that your social proof is established

I’m in the same situation. Never been approached by anyone so now I’m scared to approach girls due to the fear of being rejected. It’s been 2 months since my college started so I’m afraid every girl is in a relationship by now and if I approach them they wouldn’t like it.

Also, I don’t even know where to meet girls because they are either in their friends groups in class or walking outside with headphones. Had no luck with clubs as well.
