Oohh this is something you should look into. Flock is a surveillance company that creates ALPRs (license plate readers) and tracks vehicles. They also have created pedestrian cameras lately and run a really shady business model. The cameras are also incredibly easy to access. I’d look at the investigative journalist running website “footnote4a” as well as watching some things from benn Jordan (can we found on social media)
