i’ve had sex with a lot of men and there def are some that feel that way, but i think that’s mostly just when they have something casual with a woman and they don’t actually have feelings for her. when a man is actually connected with someone and he actually cares for her, sex becomes much more than just getting off. i’ve seen it, i’ve experienced it. you don’t need to worry about that being every man.

-Posable trash in marriages. Mind you the men she was speaking to never once thought she was a woman. She passed perfectly as male. It disturbs me that my desire for making love and having rough, raw passionate sex with a lot of intimacy is probably not the same for my partner. It’s another function he has to satisfy and is devoid of any real intimacy.

That’s how I view it tbh and I talked to my therapist about it.. she said something along the lines of “I can’t say much because of confidently but I can tell you this.. I have male clients and there is a lot of vulnerability they feel too. It’s not just woman that experience it.” It helped me a little bit to see some men actually do view it as connection and intimacy .. not just a physical act to get off

Hmmm. Yeah a part of me wants to generalize men for the sake of ease as being animals like that but truthfully i want them to genuinely want sex for connection and not just as a means to get off. Its hard to see it because no one on their right mind is going to explain their mentality around sex ig
