I mean I think it’s disappearing a little anyway. All the couples I know including me and my bf either split checks or trade out who pays. We both are in similar places financially it doesn’t make much sense to have one person with all the burden. That being said I’m sure there will always be at least some people with more traditional dating preferences

Honestly yeah… women aren’t helpless broke dames in need of a strong wealthy man no more. They’re independent ppl that can foot the bills sometimes. Ideally, in an established relationship, expenses would be split.
