mostly the combination of being active and not eating when iโ€™m not hungry (and eating healthy foods for the most part). iโ€™ve also been an athlete my entire life so it is kind of a lifestyle

Focus on eating whole foods and start caring about the ingredients you put in your body. Donโ€™t restrict, just get right back on track. 10k steps a day minimum and workout 4-5 times per week.

If you want a real tip though, eat slowly! Take time to chew your food and swallow before the next bite. Youโ€™ll be amazed at how quickly you get full off of such little amounts. Exercise regularly and it doesnโ€™t even have to be extreme. Take a long walk around your neighborhood. Drink plenty of fluids.
