I used a 10% benzoyl peroxide wash which helped and mostly clearly after month 1. Just let sit for 1 min. Biggest issue I saw is that it did bleach my towels so always a downside I suppose

For me it was a whole body problem until i went on Accutane ngl - but adapalene gel was by far the most effective over the counter thing i ever used for acne
