Women, I like this girl. It is extremely rare that I run into her, but if I do, then she is with family. Anyway, it is out of character for me to DM on Instagram. I don’t follow her, she probably doesn’t know I exist? How should I DM her to get a reply?

DM her, not with the Heyy! But with the I know this is random but I think I’ve passed you a couple times this week. (Something along those lines). Adding more about where you were & then ask her how is her doing?
