or he’s expressing his feelings about a subject that he previously hadn’t had to give much thought to. as a woman it makes me sad and frustrated too. i don’t think that the rhetoric should be that men only express sorrow or empathy for attention. such a weird mindset

i just think there’s a lot of places on this app where he could’ve chosen to say this where it could ACTUALLY impact other men who maybe haven’t previously thought about it. but if he wants to talk to an echo chamber that has a chance of applauding him for this thought that’s cool too i guess
