Lindsay Clancy murdered her own children. It’s being said that 11 jurors are voting in her favor and that she’s not guilty. Evidence said she did it. She said she did it. Her husband said she did it. But TikTok is calling for her to be innocent. Kinda bs honestly.

The ppl online who r saying she’s innocent is bc she’s actually tried to get help numerous times (before she bordered her children) and confessed that she felt like she would be a danger to her family but the hospitals/institutions failed her so the one who’s rly at fault r those institutions bc if her mental problems were actually taken srsly this whole thing would’ve never happened (which has also brought light to the fact that those institutions have also failed numerous other ppl and—)

I do agree that the hospitals did fail her and they should be sued, based on what I know. She could be innocent based on reason of insanity which tracks, but either way she’ll be locked up somewhere whether it’s a psych unit or jail

She did do it. Atp, it’s not just punishment for her. It’s also justice for her children. A father came back with groceries to find his family gone.

she has never confessed to be used in court and also all of the case is very complicated. we all aren’t in the courtroom as much as some of us watch the trial live and so we don’t know what happened. if she killed her kids lock her up, but it doesn’t seem they proved them beyond reasonable doubt. if there is a retrial then maybe there will be better prosecution and she will go to jail but as of know the prosecutors did not do their jobs and that’s why there is major disagreement among jurors

also we have no way of knowing what the jurors are saying either way. we do not know what the 1 juror holding up deliberation is saying. we simply have to wait and see but we can’t say either way if she definitely did it or not because we simply do not know, and there was minimal evidence collected that day and she technically has not confessed to police. i recommend to any to go watch the trial and read about the evidence submitted for the trial
