it’s more dependent on the maturity levels, relationship/ power dynamic and life goals than it is a certain number. my bf is 7 years older than me and it’s fine. was casually dating a guy 11 years older than me before him. the most important part is that no one is being manipulated or taken advantage of, and that the younger partner is being respected/ treated as an equal
