He keeps showing up to places I hang around at and sends me weird messages about seeing me. Whenever he is there he’s weirdly staring at me a ton too.

yeah him knowing where you are without you telling him is a major red flag! If it starts to escalate in anyway bring it up to someone higher up

I had someone do this…be careful, avoid him when you can, do not answer his messages
