I don’t think it fell off. There’s plenty of women with short hair, myself included.

Maybe it’s your campus or where you live. Ppl tend to cut their hair a lot especially in hotter states bc it’s easier to manage shorter hair and it’s not as hot or heavy with a lot of hair in the heat
