Honestly just lay it out plain. If that doesn’t change things, not much will. You can’t make her get over the ex. She has to choose that, and it doesn’t really look like she is. I hope it gets better for you, but if she keeps treating you like shit, you might wanna consider when it’s time to cut and run. Decide a limit to what you’ll endure, and keep it firm

If she’s caught up in her ex there’s not much hope. Just be sweet and supportive and let her know you appreciate her. Like if she likes sweet notes or words of affirmation, sporadic kisses, etc. just things like being yourself and making her feel appreciated
