
1. take your time to process everything- once you get andy and feel like you can’t keep dwelling on it move to: 2. prioritize your life and get back on track (work, friends, family, hobbies). Go out and do things that actually make you happy while understanding- yeah it sucks, but that’s part of healing. 3. over time if you’re still not okay with it- remind yourself that you deserve someone who actually wants you as much as you want them.
