Don’t do it. If for some reason you ever meet in person again, you can maybe apologize for how things ended, but don’t make it a whole thing. If you must confess your sins, seek a priest. Otherwise just promise yourself that you’ll do better in how you treat friends and partners. I’m willing to bet the issues weren’t just one sided too, but if you apologize don’t expect one back
