i personally always go for what i want but there are lots of reasons why a woman may prefer to be more passive in dating. for one it is the current status quo that men do the majority of initiating. it can be nerve wracking to go against that. some women also just prefer to keep things that way bc of traditional beliefs/ who “should” be initiating. it’s also j stressful in general to put urself out there. for men and women. putting yourself out there when there’s a chance of rejection is scary.

I do but once or twice I got rejected was embarrassing and the guy did it in a mean way :/

definitely. also the majority of random approaching happens at social events, parties, clubs, bars. if you’re not in that scene and actively being social it may be hard for someone to get in there

that maybe a general trend. but its not a universal truth nor an excuse for why women should approach you and not the other way around

bottom line is. if you want more interaction with women, fuckin do something about it. be more proactive instead of expecting women to flock to you when you yourself are not initiating any social interactions

i hope you recognize the irony here… and like i said. if you feel you’re lacking the interactions with women you want, do something about it. take the risk, put yourself out there, make a move. you’ll find yourself disappointed waiting around for the perfect woman to approach you out of the blue while you’re being asocial.

Yeah, and I think the type of woman who likes me is also not the most social either. It seemed like a girl was going to come up to me and say smthg before, but she kind of just stopped and ended up leaving 😭.
