It’s good when used for its actual intention. Especially if you live in a busy urban area with a lot of random men that walk or ppl that are homeless. Or maybe you live in an area with a lot of violence

Its already happening with the Facebook pages “are we dating the same guy (insert your city)” and exclusive app wouldn’t be a bad idea cuz they could have ways to verify the information

I think it makes more sense for women to have an app like this. Women use it for protection. There might be a few crazy girls, but I don’t think thats the norm. My thought is guys will just call em crazy cause they don’t want other women on dating apps finding out they have a wife and stuff like that. If men had an app like this they’d just be rating women on looks and posting revenge porn.

Do they actually? And no we wouldn’t. Both of those uses would be redundant with the functionality of dating apps/our eyes and normal porn sites, respectively. No, if men had an app like this, we’d use it the same way you will: libeling women they’re angry or jealous of That said, now you mention it, that may not be a bad idea. I kinda hope a male version gets made just so ppl take that problem more seriously and they both get shut down. It wouldn’t even have to be functional, really

There is male versions of the Facebook pages and they’re just spiteful. They get shut down quickly too because they make way too many sexual comments on the women. Never about if they’ve dated them which is the whole point.

Good to know, but facebook’s for old people & I feel like it was never socially acceptable to be in a group like that. Plus the very fact the pages get shut down for that is kind of an excellent point. That kind of shittiness SHOULD be suppressed by the platform, not encouraged. Ik some amount of organized libel in secret is inevitable, but shouldnt be brought into the mainstream or normalized. And if it is, this double-standard is harmful bc it makes ppl forget this is behavior to be ashamed of
