Look, Melania didn’t marry for love, did she? Trump is annoying but he’s wealthy and the father of her child and the sponsor of her visa-turned-green-card. She wanted to marry a billionaire and serve Slavic mail order bride cunt but became First Lady of the United States against her own will 😭 no one hates Trump more than Melania. He’s against abortion, naturalization, and anchor babies, the latter two of which SHE is guilty of.

i think melania and donald have a mutual respect for each other and they don’t try to get each other to agree with all their personal views on things. she is always very classy about it whenever reporters try to get her to say something bad about her husband. she has also said he already knew her stance on abortion since before they got married and that he said she should write from her heart

I think over the last couple of years Trump’s policy and ideology have gone against some of her values (abortion, immigration, welfare programs) to such a high degree that she no longer wants to be associated with him as a political figure. I think she feels like she’s falling from grace because of how extreme he’s become over the last 20 years, and I’d be fed up if I had to defend the horrible actions or ideas of someone bc we were married. Like in her book she made a very direct statement advocating for women’s right to abortion, but her husband, his administration, and a lot of his fan base believe women should be punished or even imprisoned for it. Brave of her to put it in the book 😭 but at the end of the day, it’s his ideas and policy that she’s associated with, and I think that causes internal turmoil
