She isn't ready for a relationship and you deserve to have someone who will appreciate and return your efforts. You are a giver and she is a taker. You arent right for eachother.

Then you just have to communicate the issue with her in a non confrontational way. If she doesn’t change it leave her bc it won’t get better.
