Nope I think that’s the beauty of every race and ethnicities differences!! I compliment black women’s hair all the time, whether it’s natural or a wig if something looks good on someone I love to let them know!!

No it just depends on the context. A compliment from an acquaintance or stranger in passing is great! If it was like a work meeting and you said it in front of everyone unprompted I’d feel awkward and put in the spot.

I don’t mind a compliment. But when they start off the compliment asking if my hair is real then yes, I’m uncomfortable.
