
as #1 said u cant spot reduce fat, to lose stomach fat u have to lose weight overall and lower ur body fat percentage. the issue is for women to get to the body fat % where abs r visible/no pooch shown it can be dangerously low for lots of women esp w our cycle! exercise, high protein, and a cal deficit will all help to lose weight but dont expect the pooch to go. we need it bc of our organs and take it from me! im small and on the thinner side where u can sorta see abs and i still have it
You cannot safely reduce it. A lot of the women you are comparing yourself to “suck it in” or flex during the pictures. Trying to flatten it is just another instance of ridiculous standards like corsets. When society understands that it’s an aspect of fertility, it would actually be considered a predominantly attractive feature.
i have a flat stomach about half the time from being skinny and toned in general, its not flat right after i eat tho. i dont think you should be doing any specific exercises more so focus on changing your entire lifestyle to reflect what you want and then your body will change with it
