it is actually so easy, anyone can cook fr. you literally just have to know how to follow directions and that’s it - you can cook basic meals. just look up easy recipes online and go for it

Start with some really simple recipes, and then when you’re feeling comfortable with the basic techniques you can start doing more complex recipes or using different things when you cook

yeah look up simple recipes, plan your grocery list accordingly, and follow instructions. You can get pre cut veggies and stuff if you’re not comfortable with chopping rn but it might be a bit more expensive

Watch some cooking shows and listen to their advice. Also, look up recipes online and follow them. I highly recommend ANY recipe by Gordon Ramsey. I have one of his cooking books and his recipes are ELITE!

Watching videos of easy recipes and working your way up from there. It’s quite easy to learn to cook. You just have to have patience and watch your food carefully. Seasoning is the part where you can be more creative to your own tastebuds

Simple rule of thumbs: cooking = intuition (feels and vibes) Baking = precision (follow recipe like à science) Ask to cook with someone you know, like your mom, a friend, or a relative. Familiarity with how to prepare ingredients and pair them together in a dish comes with time, trial and error, but experience and practice is the best way to get better at cooking. Enjoy it!

I recommend going on YouTube and watching a couple videos about whatever you’re wanting to make to see how different people do it and how it turns out
