as a girl, I’m finding it really rly hard to empathize with this whole “male loneliness epidemic let’s look out for our men” bs bc it’s literally perpetuated by toxic masculinity (a system MEN created). a lot of men are also using this as an excuse to not be introspective or work on themselves and me and a lot of other women are tired. p.s. women are more likely to attempt suicide than men, but are less likely to go through with it, but we don’t talk abt that nor do we have a month for it.

People are hateful no matter what. You can bring up death statistics in general (gender neutral) and they’ll still find a reason to hate. The worse part is they’re not even trolling- they’re just genuinely really terrible people
