I do bc my mom main focus is my sisters mental health and not mine so when I cry when I’m overstimulated I’m not mature enough so I’ve learned how not to show emotion to them and fake being happy

I’m trying to tbh. He really isn’t helpful at all. He just adds more to my anxiety rather than alleviating it without knowing his is. He just doesn’t know how to be of emotional support.

It’s ok they are there for a reason, the people who love you want to be there for you when you are struggling. I’d be sad if my partner ever thought I’d see them as a burden or didn’t tell me how they were feeling to spare my feelings. The whole point is to walk beside eachother and lean on eachother when needed.
