You get to do whatever you want, but some people don’t want that in a partner, they can’t enforce their standards on you, you shouldn’t try to enforce your standards on them, and definitely don’t try to people please and follow along with their standards when it’s not currently something you actually think is important.
Over 20 times with one person you build a more emotional connection with them and develop a level of love, safety, trust, happiness. 20 different people you develop depression, desire to be wanted, loneliness, anxiety, loneliness, etc. but yeah we should give you the benefit of the doubt bc I’m sure if someone was stupid enough to sleep with you once they definitely wouldn’t make that mistake again, let alone 20 times
i’m laughing because i’ve literally only slept with people i’ve been in a relationship with. i’ve prolly had way more sex in my life than anyone with a high body count i’m just not dumb enough to subscribe to your purity culture bs. some people just want to be single but still have sex and that’s ok. it’s a normal part of being a human. you’re weird tryna police women’s choices but when it’s ur hbs it’s fine
Tf you talking abt purity culture it’s called fucking science. Just bc you don’t understand doesn’t make it some culty sounding way of life and show me where I said anything abt wanting to control women? Bc I just am pushing monogamy bc it’s significantly healthier and not at all the same as this weird 20 vs 20 scenario you seem to want to use
Would you fully commit to a guy with 1000 bodies? Obviously there’s nothing wrong with someone choosing to only be in monogamous relationships or non-commital relationships, but if you are going to commit, since that’s “not different” than them having sex with (1-20) people 1000 times, it shouldn’t matter no?
no one has 1000 bodies😭 but still, there is no difference physically. you still can’t explain how we are ran through for sleeping with different people rather than the same person. it’s okay to have sex if you are not in a relationship as long as it’s safe and consensual. idk why you’re tryna argue otherwise by making up ridiculous scenarios
When did I make an assumption? I was just saying you need to contribute to society? I was referring to how much you’re defending this stupid argument not ur sex life. Assumptions must make an ass out of you and me so quit making me into an ass and go live a normal human life ya freak
There’s nothing wrong with non monogamous, consensual safe sex, but body count still indicates how frequently you switch partners. You can have non monogamous consensual safe sex and stable relationships, but if someone needs a new person every weekend, which people do, where are your priorities.
I get that sex can be fun between two consenting parties and it doesn’t hurt anybody even if it’s a random. But personally I just don’t see the point in pursuing meaningless connections. Get a friend’s with benefits, ride that shit till somebody gets hurt. Get in a relationship, if it doesn’t work out, grow. It’s more of a personal preference thing than a “this is morally right or wrong” thing.
I don’t want a partner who can’t be productive, so I might be skeptical if they smoke weed 24/7, in the same way, I don’t want a partner who doesn’t value relationships in general, so if they to have a body count over like 70, and no period of celibacy or realignment of values, I will go into things extremely skeptically.
I do think there’s a difference between 20 randoms and a single partner, when it comes down to people pleasing, setting boundaries, external validation, and sometimes the way time is spent, (although these all could be issues someone in a relationship has) but that doesn’t make it morally wrong, I just think there’s a difference, and that distinction can be important.
well that’s your personal preference and not everyone feels that way so i’m not sure why you would try to push that onto other people. the point isn’t to pursue meaningless connections the point is to have sex. you say there’s a difference but have failed to explain to me how it impacts my body differently if i have sex with multiple people vs 1 the same amount of times you’re just pointing out a difference in lifestyle choices
