when you go from looking at one person to looking at a community. if you imply that black people are socioeconomically disatvantaged because they all make personal failures, thats racist.

But systemic racism can affect individuals differently. Not everyone is the same. If one person in a community experiences something that the rest dont, it can still be systemic racism and still only affect one individual.
