Be respectful. Try and see if she is busy doing something before interrupting her. Typically I enjoy when people lead with an interest of theirs

Approach with confidence. Introduce yourself, small talk and then ask if she would like to get a coffee or a bite to eat. Keep it public so she feels safe rather being alone somewhere.
