I need some help. When I usually match with women on tinder I usually start off with saying hello and asking how they are doing. Am I being dry? Cause I don’t mean to be. I’m not good at these things what do I say, and with women on campus as well? M22
It’s polite but I’d consider it dry just because that’s pretty much how every first message goes, I feel like you’d be more successful if you started with that and then followed up with a compliment about something in her bio or mentioning a similar interest/hobby etc

I personally like when people start mundane with hi, how are you, how’s your day, and then carry the conversation based on your response.

I like when men comment or ask a question about something in my bio! It helps to have more to respond back to than just “hi”

Thank you. I also strike out with women on campus cause I may be clingy and/or desperate. But I am trying to work on it. Nevertheless thank you

Admittedly I’m usually polite cause I was raised up and told to be polite. And I’ve moved around a lot so maybe I’m socially stunted or it could be something else

When she hits you with the how are you? I’m good! Went for a walk with my dog and blah blah blah pic of dog (doesn’t even matter if you walked the dog or not)😭. That’s what I mean. Or a pic of you at work
