Yeah I agree, interrupting a conversation does come off rude. My thing is that I find someone interesting and I want to approach and say “hey how are you doing?” But I feel like the environments I’m in, they’re always talking and so I can’t just go in without saying something or slightly eavesdropping. Yk what I mean?

Maybe find a different environment to meet people in then. One where people talk less. Because honestly if I am deep in a conversation with my friends about anything and you ask me how I’m doing I’m just going to be confused and a little irritated
