for my gym girlies, im starting to go to the gym but when i get there i feel like i have no idea what im doing, how do i create a week plan of workouts? any advice??

Get a small notebook or start a notes page to keep track Research what all should comprise a full workout Plan your weeks, rest days, back, legs, arms and shoulders, core, etc. Everyday should have some kind of cardio (elliptical is one of the best bc it’s a full body) or treadmill, stair master, bike, etc

For each specific day write down the machines you want to use or specific workouts Keep track of sets, reps, and weight You’ll want to be able to see an improvement on this overtime so every few workouts you should raise the intensity

If you’re new to working out begin with light body exercises and work on your cardiovascular health

Also, find your goals: weight loss, health improvement, strength, tone, etc
