Talk w a dermatologist, theyre caused my tons of different things so theres no single cure for them. Some are genetics, some are scars, some are hormonal, etc.

I would say do a chemical face peel, you need a solid 4-5 weeks of healing tho. Because it’s gonna shed and peel so when we go into this next lock down go for it.
