But I just don’t know how to get myself to go out of my comfort zone with this. I feel like I try but I get so nervous. We’ve been together for a year and I still get just nervous and chicken out anytime I actually want to do something first on my own. Instead I end up just waiting on him to initiate everything
I guess yeah I just get nervous maybe I’ll mess up something, he won’t like it, it’ll get interrupted, I’ll be so nervous that I do something awkward on accident. Idk. I always want to do something but never feel it’s the right exact time for me to do it I guess if that makes any sense
You have to trust that he won’t judge you for something like that, if yall have been together for over a year, then he probably really likes you for who you are, and (most) men like it when a girl does something spontaneous or takes initiative, it’s usually them who initiate something so it makes the relationship feel more whole if both of you initiate, as for being awkward again yall have been together long enough that I can’t imagine he would actually judge you for doing something awkward
