I prefer to not be best friends with roommates. It’s cheaper to have roommates but i tend to just peacefully coexist with roommates. We both have our own separate friend groups

During my junior year my roommate and I only spoke if it was about the dorm 🤷‍♀️ (getting groceries or building issues)

I lived with 2 other roommates. I think i spoke to them when i moved in and moved out. Dont even remember their names. Rarely saw them.

We just did our own things in our own areas and were respectful of each other’s shit🤷🏼‍♂️ not bad guys we just werent friends
