Also, just to be clear, NO I did not scan the QR code I just pretended to and said “maybe!”. He was nice enough ?? and I don’t know if he was being weird, maybe he was trying to promote his business but it made me really uncomfortable, especially when he moved his car in front of mine, and I was shaking and I just cried after he left.
