As long as it’s something you will also enjoy and enjoy talking about, and you’re okay with the possibility she gets really distracted from you by some of the art itself, it sounds very cute and like a lot of fun! I’d maybe suggest planning for it to have like some loose plan before or after the museum to give you a chance to just kinda chat and get to know each other better too but the museum as the main thing sounds great! Like, going for a little walk together near the museum or something
