Guys, what do you do if you genuinely feel ugly. I’m not look for sympathy or compliments. I’m the duff of my friends and it hurts. Every time a guy looks past me to get my friend’s snap, it’s a reminder that I’m fatter than all of my friends.

it’s a mental issue, not physical.

Felt this way. But 1. My friends always told me I was beautiful and lifted up each other so that happened. 2. I didn’t start exercising, make up or anything without getting in the mindset that I’m doing this for me. 3. I opened up myself to more things. I don’t like sports too much but instead of saying no I started saying yes to playing sports with my friends just for fun. Doing activities and having fun actually made me feel happier and made me feel good.

There’s no such thing as duff. It’s like you didn’t even watch the movie.

The way to not feel ugly is to stop measuring yourself to what guys do.

4. I found someone with similar goals or who could help me with makeup, hair, weight, boys etc. I looked toward my cousin and sister. We do exercise together, look at different face routine etc. when you try to complete goals with your friends. It’s so much fun and enjoyable. 5. You have to stop putting yourself down. Even if you do all the advice in the world if you don’t like you, you won’t ever be happy.
